WHERE DID YOU GROW UP? I grew up in Livonia, Michigan. A superb about 30 minutes from Detroit
DID YOU PLAY ANY SPORTS GROWING UP? Growing up I played basketball, ran track, volleyball, softball, cheer leading and dance! You could say I was kind of a jock.
HAVE YOU ALWAYS HAS GREAT GLUTES OR DID YOU HAVE TO WORK HARD FOR THEM? I’ve always had curves and been shapely but please believe I’ve had to work extremely hard for my physique and glutes through consistent exercise and balanced diet.
YOU ARE THE SELF-
PROCLAIMED “BOOTY MAKER”. WHAT SEPARATES YOUR GLUTE WORKOUTS FROM EVERYBODY ELSE? Booty Maker is not just what I call myself... It’s my
class that I own a patent on.
a class, that I formatted each circuit and have been working
on and teaching for quite some time. Booty Maker is an hour long class, (every one is a little different) but all formatted the same. It’s not just about getting a bigger booty, everyone comes in different shapes and sizes and has different fitness goals. What sets “Booty Maker” apart is that it targets multiple muscles that most, even fitness professionals, tend to either neglect or have
a harder time targeting. Like
I said, everyone’s fitness goals are a little different, and my class combination of circuits is able to basically cover each and every goal. It builds, it sculpts, and it helps with flexibility,
and even range of motion. The best part is, I truly believe that
it helps to empower women of any shape and size feel proud and sexy. From the music I chose to go with the circuits, to the moves themselves, to the overall feel of the class, and of course the changes that are made in your bosh throughout the process. It’s far from traditional, challenging enough
for the seasoned veterans, yet I designed the class so that even beginners are able to do my class with modifications!! Since I’ve been personal training for over a decade now, I have been able to take into consideration that all fitness levels need to be accommodated. So no matter what level you’re starting off at, your booty has no excuse!!!
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO DEDICATE YOUR LIFE TO FITNESS? Seeing
and hearing people’s reactions when they started feeling and seeing a difference in their bodies from my workouts and classes. Helping someone change their body is one thing, but seeing people’s self-esteem blossom and watch people come out of their shells truly is more rewarding than anything I could ever ask for. I’m grateful for every text I get and every person I’ve helped in any way!
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A TRAINER? 10 years and counting!!!
DID YOU ALWAYS WANT TO
TRAIN OTHERS? I’ve always had
a passion for seeing others succeed and helping people embrace their passions. When I got more into fitness, it just felt right helping guide others in their physical goals!
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR TRAINING STYLE? ARE YOU NO NONSENSE OR MORE LAID BACK? When it comes to training myself I am a no nonsense kind of woman. However, when you work with so many different people, you have to be able to accommodate their individual needs and goals as well as
deal with individuals who may have injuries and need specific training. For example I’m not going to have someone who has a knee injury going crazy doing heavy lunges or squats. I may work more on flexibility and rehabbing the injury. At the same time if I work with an
athlete who wants to be pushed harder, he or she may not be able to walk out of the gym when I’m done with them 
HOW DOES IT FEEL TO HELP YOUR CLIENTS ACCOMPLISHED THEIR FITNESS GOALS? There is nothing more satisfying to me than seeing people I work with achieve something they maybe never thought they were capable
of. Anybody who works in this industry knows the feeling of receiving that text, photo or call from a client saying “you helped change my life”
WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO SPECIALIZE IN GLUTE BUILDING? Since I’ve always had a stronger lower body, and have always really loved training legs, it came natural. A lot of woman that come to me for help always specifically ask how they can grow their “booty”. I just try and help show them ways
that maybe are a little more unconventional
YOUR WORKOUTS ARE ALWAYS DIFFERENT. HOW IMPORTANT IS IT TO KEEP IT FRESH AND FUN? Extremely important. As with anything in life, doing the same thing all the time gets old quickly. I always
try and incorporate new and exciting regiments with my workouts. Not only does it keep things fresh and fun, it also shocks new muscles and tricks the body into growing in places many may have trouble targeting.
HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK DO YOU TRAIN? I listen very close to my body. When it tells me to go hard day after day, that’s what I do. When I’m feeling really beat up and tired, I may take a day or two off. There have even been times I’ve done a “deload” after competing in NPC Bikini Division and taken a week or two off to really let my body rest and repair itself.
