AdohrSpirit Numerology: Tis The Season

Nine5Four The Magazine Dec. 2009 Adohr SpiritThe holiday seasons are my favorite time of the year. During this time of year you can actually feel the shift in the energy on the planet. Even though most people are running around stressed about what gifts to purchase and who to purchase them for; there is a palpable feeling of love, happiness and even bliss in the air. If you just take a few minutes and tune into the energy around you, you can actually feel it. This shift in energy could lie in the various holidays that are celebrated during this time of year as well as the dates that we celebrate them.

The month of December is the 12th month and vibrates to the number 3. The 3 vibration is all about celebration, entertainment, self-expression, love, family and friendships. In addition, the 3 is a highly spiritual vibration that’s innately aware of its spiritual relationship with God and the greater need to help others.

In the month of December which vibrates to the number 3, we celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa which are all holidays that encompass the spirit of love, family and celebration. When we look at the vibration of each of these holidays, we can see how they have such a strong connection energetically to the highly spiritual nature of the 3 vibration of the month of December.

The day set aside to celebrate the birthday of Jesus is Christmas; which is celebrated on the 25th and reduces to the number 7 which is considered the most sacred of all of the numbers. The 7 vibration is all about mystical transformation and spiritual realization. Because of the mystical nature of the 7 vibration, it is not uncommon to experience miracles and other unexpected events during this time. The main goal of the 7 vibration is to use its remarkable spiritual power to balance the inner spiritual world with the outer materiel world.

Hanukkah, which means “dedication or consecration”, is the celebration of the rededication of the Temple in Jerusalem after its desecration by the forces of Antiochus IV and the miraculous container of oil that burned for (8) eight days. 8 is the number of continuous spiral motion. Hanukkah is observed on the 25th day (which reduces to the number 7, the same as Christmas) of Kislev according to the Hebrew calendar. Therefore it carries all of the same mystical vibration as the celebration of Christmas.

And finally we have Kwanzaa which begins on the 26th of the month and consists of 7 (the most sacred of all of the numbers) days of celebration. The 26th vibrates to the number 8 and the number 8 is considered a symbol of power and continuous spiral motion. Spiritually the number 8 represents involution and evolution, for cycles of ebb and flow, infinity, rhythm, advancement, strength and confidence. Thus during this Kwanzaa season we are asked to embrace the power of the 8 vibration and step into our greatness and allow our light to shine.

Accordingly during this holiday season we are asked to tune into the comic consciousness so that we can experience the joy of living, and spread the spirit of love and happiness to our families and friends as well as to anyone that crosses your path.

Happy Holidays,

Love, Light, and Blessings
