DJ Magic is a fresh, new face to the DJ community. I have had the honor of knowing DJ Magic for over 10 years. He is one of my lil brother’s Best Friends and an amazing person. He has concured many obsticles the world has thrown at him with a smile. I remember when I was in High School, DJ Magic would always make me copies of the hottest, newest CDs and form mixes for me. He took a little hiatus from the music scene to manage a band, go to school and find himself. Along with the rest of the Music Industry, I stand here with open arms welcoming him back to the game.

What made you want to be a DJ?
I love the idea of entertaining a whole club full of people. I know what it’s like when your favorite song drops. I want to be the guy that drops that song.
How long have you been a DJ?
Since 2004.
At What moment did you know this was your calling?
I always dug music, but I never could play an intstrument. Then I got behind the turntables it’s been uphill since then.
What DJ do you look up to? Why?
All DJs that have paved the way for upcoming DJs like myself.
Is this your dream job? If no then what is?
It’s my dream job at the moment, but I’m a aspiring filmmaker. So to direct a film would be my dream job.

No serrato for me.
Whats your take on the industry today?
The industry is really not what it used to but, I have a feeling there is a revolution coming for the music industry in all genres.

Nope.
What’s your most embarrassing, funniest, or Worst (pick one) DJ story?
It has to be when the CD skipped. Talk about a dance floor killer. I don’t ever want that to happen again. woof.

Wow, talk about a loaded question, Um...This week It’s anything by ‘’Drake’’ He seems to get me pretty pumped up. It changes pretty often. =/
Favorite artist?
HipHop - “Atmosphere” -- it’s a shame he doesn’t get spins. When it comes to other genres I gotta give props to “The Killers”.

Work on my film career. Write script and shoot shorts.
